Neil Holmes
Co-opted Governor
Neil Holmes
I was recently appointed as a Co-opted Governor.
I am retired. I was born in Coventry, and worked in engineering and in local government in Coventry until moving to Chester in 1974. I worked in personnel management for the former Chester City Council, and more recently in Community Safety with North Wales Police.
I have been volunteering in the Reception Class in the School since Easter 2014, working with children in the Reception Class, as part of the Passion For Learning scheme.
As a Governor, I aim to help support the Head and staff of the School in continuing to raise standards and thereby improve the opportunities for all of the pupils in the school.
