Overview of Physical Education at Lache Primary School
In Physical Education we follow a broad and balanced National Curriculum. Key skills are taught and developed through a wide range of activities and experiences. Alongside Physical Education, a wide range of school sports activities demonstrate our commitment to providing experiences which challenge all of our children in a many different ways. We aim to inspire the children to enjoy physical exercise and realise that lifelong exercise benefits their wellbeing.
SEND AND PE
We ensure that Physical Education is inclusive and accessible to all children. We make adaptations in resources and adult support to a child or groups of children. We attempt to engage all children, regularly considering the content of the curriculum. We by consider children's interests alongside the requirements of The National Curriculum. All children are actively encouraged to participate in a wide range of school sports activities, with their achievements regularly celebrated in school.
