Irene values a transparent approach to Leadership of People, Process and Technology all leading to a great business and excellent customer outcome, at the school the customer being the teachers, the parents and most importantly the pupil. 

Irene has lived in the Lache for all of her adult life with both her children and now grandchildren attending Lache Primary school therefore has great insight into what good looks like for all and shares her working background in the financial services industry to the playground.
